6.2 No Direct Relationship: Using our Website does not create a direct doctor-patient or pharmacy-patient relationship with LeafMedicine.

6.3 Medical Assessments: You must complete a medical health questionnaire and participate in scheduled medical appointments with our network doctors/prescribers, providing truthful and up-to-date information.

6.4 Doctor-Patient Relationship: The relationship between you and the doctor/prescriber is independent of LeafMedicine, and we do not influence their decisions regarding your treatment.

6.5 Prescription Process: If a doctor/prescriber deems it appropriate to prescribe medication, the prescription will be sent to our partner pharmacy, who will handle payments, fulfillment and delivery of the medication.

7. INDEPENDENT PHARMACY SERVICES

7.1 Partner Pharmacy: Our partner pharmacy (Independent Pharmacies) will call you and verify your identity, process payments, and provide counselling on medication usage.

7.2 Delivery: The pharmacy will dispense and arrange for the delivery of your prescription medications.

7.3 Returns: Please note that LeafMedicine does not sell prescribed medication and therefore will not accept returns. For any issues regarding the return of prescribed medication, please consult the dispensing pharmacy, as their rules and policies will apply.

8. ONGOING CARE

8.1 Follow-up Appointments: You must participate in follow-up appointments to ensure the continued safety and suitability of your prescribed medication.
