Appointment Reminders
We will send a reminder SMS 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please ensure that your contact details are up to date to receive these notifications.
Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, we may cancel your appointment and request that you reschedule. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any changes to appointment times if the request is received more than 12 hours prior to your appointment. Late Changes and Cancellations
Changes to appointment times made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment may be considered a cancellation. In such cases, you will be charged the full fee for the appointment. To reschedule an appointment, please contact us via email at hello@leafmedicine.com.au.
Missed Appointments
If the practitioner attempts to contact you at the scheduled appointment time and you do not respond, we may, at our discretion, consider this a no-show. In such cases, the full appointment fee will be charged. The practitioner will make several attempts to reach you within a 1-hour window before confirming the no-show status.
